The Nikon Z 50mm f/1.2 S is the first prime lens with a maximum aperture of f/1.2 in the Z series. Thanks to this large maximum aperture, this lens is exceptionally fast, and with the classic focal length of 50mm it is ideal for capturing stunning portraits. The Z 50mm f/1.2 S delivers impressive bokeh and finely detailed point light sources, whether you're shooting photos or recording video. The advanced optical construction consists of 17 lens elements in 15 groups, including two ED glass elements and three aspherical elements. Autofocus is fast, smooth, and quiet, and Nikon's anti-reflective Nano Crystal Coat and ARNEO Coat prevent ghosting and flare, even in backlit situations. The control ring operates silently and the Fn button is fully customisable. In addition, you can quickly and easily check the key shooting data on the OLED display. Shooting in challenging weather conditions? Thanks to the sealed lens cylinder and rubber sealing around the metal lens mount, you don't need to worry about a thing.
