This bundle includes the Canon EOS R6 III mirrorless camera and the Hahnel LP-E6P battery.
Canon EOS R6 Mark III
The Canon EOS R6 Mark III is a powerful hybrid camera, specially designed for serious photographers and videographers who demand both speed and image quality. This all-in-one camera combines advanced photo and video capabilities, allowing you to switch effortlessly between action, detail and cinematic content.
The 32.5-megapixel sensor is fully utilised thanks to the 7K Open Gate mode. This allows you to record 7K60p RAW video, ideal for creative cropping afterwards or producing both horizontal and vertical content. With pre-capture burst and 40 fps (electronic) or 12 fps (mechanical), you never miss an important action moment. High frame rates are available for slow motion, allowing you to capture every detail in smooth motion.
The camera supports professional video formats and log profiles, giving you a wide dynamic range and maximum creative flexibility. Thanks to in-body image stabilisation up to 8.5 stops and the advanced Dual Pixel CMOS AF II autofocus with “People Priority Registration” and “Subject Tracking”, both photos and videos always remain sharp and precise. Save the AF settings so you can use them again whenever you need them. This is ideal for a fast workflow.
In addition to impressive video performance, the camera also offers excellent possibilities for photography. The 32.5-megapixel sensor delivers high-resolution images that remain impressive even in low-light situations. With flexible crop modes and compatibility with RF lenses, you have extra reach without changing lenses.
The Canon EOS R6 Mark III is designed with an efficient workflow in mind. Two card slots (CFexpress & UHS-II SD), a modern custom menu system, dual Wi-Fi bands, Bluetooth and fully configurable controls ensure that the camera fits seamlessly into any professional setup.
Thanks to its robust and flexible design, the camera is easy to integrate into rigs, gimbals, drones and other accessories. This makes it ideal for both fast reportage shots and extensive productions.
With the Canon EOS R6 Mark III, you have an all-in-one tool in your hands: speed, resolution and powerful cinematic video functions.
Hähnel ULTRA HLC-E6P Canon Type USB-C
The Hähnel ULTRA HLC-E6P Canon Type USB-C is a spare or replacement battery for the Canon LP-E6. This battery can be used for Canon EOS 5D Mark II, EOS 60D, EOS 6D and EOS 7D cameras. The battery has a capacity of 2400 mAh. Finally, this ULTRA battery is reliable, innovative and high quality.
The main differences between 'regular' Hähnel batteries and this Ultra variant with USB-C:
Charging via USB-C
- Hähnel Ultra USB-C batteries can be charged directly with a USB-C cable. So you do not necessarily need a separate (external) charger anymore. This is especially useful when you are on the go: you can recharge the battery, for example, via a power bank or USB port
- With standard Hähnel batteries, you always need to use a compatible charger (a battery charger that charges your battery outside the camera), because they do not have built-in charging capability
Design and build quality
- The Ultra models are often slightly more robustly designed and have a better finish with intensive use in mind. Sometimes they also come with certain protective coatings or extra seals
- The standard Hähnel battery is perfectly fine in terms of build quality, but sometimes lacks that extra reinforcement and built-in charging technology
Capacity and performance
- Hähnel Ultra: Has a longer lifespan thanks to better cell technology and materials. This means the battery can handle more charge cycles without noticeable performance reduction
- Hähnel Ultra: Performs better in cold and warm conditions, which is important for photographers working in extreme weather conditions
- Hähnel Ultra: Often charges faster thanks to more efficient energy transfer
In short: the Hähnel Ultra USB-C batteries mainly stand out because of the option to charge directly via USB-C and their somewhat sturdier, "premium" build. The "regular" Hähnel batteries do not have this built-in charging option and are usually slightly more affordable, but they do require an external charger.
