Zhiyun Weebill 5 Combo

The Zhiyun Weebill 5 Combo is a 3-axis camera gimbal with a built-in handgrip and an AI tracking module. The Combo version also includes a wrist support and a carrying bag.

The AI module recognises and follows people, vehicles, pets and objects. The range is 0.5 to 10 metres. You lock onto a subject by selecting it on the touchscreen, pressing the trigger button or making a hand gesture (at 0.5 to 5 metres). If the subject disappears behind an obstacle for up to 10 seconds, the gimbal automatically picks it up again.

The gimbal weighs 1080 grams and is 210 x 65 x 317 mm when folded. It carries up to 3 kg, enough for common full-frame cameras. The wrist support distributes the weight during longer recordings. The controls are on the 1.8-inch touchscreen, with the joystick and the record button in the centre. With the three-position switch, you easily change between set modes without looking.

The dual quick-release system has an Arca-Swiss-compatible top plate and a knob for fine adjustment front and back. This way, you change battery or lens without rebalancing. Without an extra plate, you switch directly between landscape and portrait orientation. On both sides of the handle there is a 1/4" mount, handy for a microphone.

The built-in fill light has a colour temperature of 2700K to 9000K, a CRI of 95 or higher and a light output of 2150 lux. The two built-in 2600 mAh batteries give up to 9 hours of runtime. Charging takes approximately 2 hours via USB-C. Via Bluetooth 5.0, you control a compatible camera up to 10 metres, and via the included USB camera cable, you control camera and gimbal together.
