Combine the arm with a tripod and you have a single T-setup that lets you point the camera straight up or down. Add the Rock Solid 4-Head Cross Bar Side Arm and you have a double setup, allowing you to position a mounted camera 24 inches higher or lower. The dual locking mechanism keeps the arm firmly in place at your desired height.
