The SmallRig 5356 IG-02 IntegraGrip Cage (Wireless Controller) is a versatile smartphone cage compatible with most phone models on the market. Designed for video enthusiasts, it enables professional filming, livestreaming, and micro-filmmaking at an affordable price. The cage features a detachable wireless remote for seamless control of the shutter and recording.
The ergonomic design provides a comfortable and stable grip, allowing you to mount your phone quickly. Multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes and cold shoe mounts make it easy to attach a wide range of accessories, such as external handles, tripods, microphones, and LED lights, enhancing your production quality.
The standard QD connector is compatible with SmallRig's quick-release ecosystem, including top handles and Arca-Swiss mounting plates. It also features two sets of wrist and shoulder strap slots, suitable for professional straps up to 1 mm in diameter, for easy carrying between shots. The phone clamp is fitted with soft V-shaped rubber to prevent accidental button activation.
Operating the wireless controller:
To switch the device on or off, hold the button for 3 seconds. To connect, go to your smartphone's Bluetooth settings, select "SmallRig WR-06" from the device list, and initiate pairing. A successful connection is indicated when the status shows "Connected" (the green LED flashes during pairing and turns off once the connection is established). A single press of the button starts photo or video recording, depending on the camera mode. The controller automatically switches off after 5 minutes of disconnection or 30 minutes of inactivity following pairing. During charging, a continuously lit red light indicates active power consumption while the green light turns off; the red light extinguishes once the battery is fully charged.
