The SmallRig x Brandon Li Mobile Lightweight Video Kit for iPhone 16 Pro (Co-design Edition) 5002 is a professional dual-handheld recording solution designed specifically by SmallRig and Brandon Li for the iPhone 16 Pro. This kit is designed to assist with professional video recording, live streaming and short film production on mobile devices. The product includes a mobile phone protective case, a Capture Grip, a video cage, a rotating handle with wireless control, a rotating side handle, a TPU soft frame, a FilMov 67mm magnetic filter adapter and a 67mm 1-9 stop VND magnetic filter.
The mobile phone case serves as everyday protection and features a quick-release T-mount back plate. This can also be replaced by a 67mm filter adapter or a 17mm threaded back plate for extended compatibility with various optical accessories. The ergonomically shaped Capture Grip can be mounted to the lower part of the phone case to improve grip with one-handed operation. The base of the Capture Grip features a 1/4"-20 threaded hole for easy mounting on stands and tripods.
The phone can be quickly mounted in the cage, with multiple 1/4"-20 anti-twist threaded holes and cold shoe mounts to expand it with accessories such as handles, tripods, microphones and lights, enhancing the recording experience, while the integrated quick-release interfaces ensure seamless connectivity. The cage features a side-mounted wrist strap and shoulder strap holes compatible with professional straps with a diameter of less than 2 mm, for easy carrying during recording breaks. The hollowed-out design of the cage retains access to all iPhone buttons, ports, radar system, ultra-wide-angle lens and wireless charging.
The quick-lock mechanism ensures easy, secure attachment and removal of the phone, preventing accidental unlocking. The cage's all-metal construction provides comprehensive protection for your phone, helping with shock absorption and scratch protection. The kit allows the phone to be used without the case for underwater shooting or high-performance cooling, safely housed in the cage alongside the soft TPU frame.
The handles attach to the cage using the HawkLock H11 quick-release mechanism, providing rapid stability with one-second mounting and dismounting. In addition, the handles offer infinite rotation for a comfortable grip and smooth manoeuvring at any angle.
The detachable wireless remote control enables one-touch remote shooting with a maximum operating range of 10 metres.
