Sigma EX 24-70/2.8 DG HSM Sigma OUTLET
The Sigma EX 24-70/2.8 DG HSM Sigma lens is a standard zoom lens with a large aperture, covering a range from wide angle to short telephoto. It is ideal for general photography such as snapshots, portraits, and landscapes. When used on DSLR cameras with an APS-C sensor (Nikon DX), this lens offers a focal length equivalent to 36-105 mm in 35 mm terms.
DG is a designation Sigma uses on lenses with optical systems designed to meet the performance characteristics of digital SLR cameras. The Super Multi Layer Coating reduces flare and ghosting, and the use of ELD and SLD glass ensures excellent correction of all types of aberrations. The Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) provides a quiet, fast autofocus function and full-time manual focusing.
Please note: although HSM lenses can be manually focused with all Nikon F-mount cameras, they will not autofocus with certain older AF film cameras. This is the same limitation as with Nikon's own AF-S lenses. Incompatible models are: N60, N55, N8008/s, N6006, N5005, N4004 & N2020.
