The Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 DG OS HSM Sports is a telephoto lens with a maximum aperture of f/2.8, ideal for challenging lighting conditions. This lens delivers outstanding performance across the board and is perfect for sports, wildlife, and portrait photography.

The lens features a robust magnesium construction, contributing to its dust- and splash-proof design. In addition, the front lens element is coated with an oil- and water-repellent coating, ensuring top performance even in the worst weather conditions. The optical design consists of 24 elements in 22 groups, including 10 ELD elements, which minimise chromatic aberrations to an absolute minimum. Image stabilisation is handled by the intelligent OS system with an acceleration sensor.

Thanks to a new algorithm, it makes no difference whether the camera is held horizontally, vertically, or diagonally — it works in every direction. With the ultra-fast Autofocus driven by the HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor), you'll hardly ever miss the moment you want to capture.
