Profoto 100994 Umbrella S Backpanel

The Profoto Umbrella S Backpanel makes your umbrella more versatile. By pulling this backpanel over the front of your translucent umbrella you transform it into a softbox, preventing light leakage. Interesting and creative lighting effects can be created with umbrellas. This versatility can be extended with an accessory such as the backpanel. The Umbrella Backpanel acts as a kind of shower cap with elastic band. When, you pull the backpanel over the front of the translucent umbrella you transform it into a softbox. The backpanel is white on the inside and black on the outside. Thanks to the use of the backpanel there is no backward light leakage. This prevents the light quality from being influenced and leads to more light shining through the umbrella and thus on the subject. This makes the backpanel an ideal tool if your flash has limited energy.
