The Leofoto LB-60N Leveling base is a professional leveling base with a 60mm diameter of both the tripod plate and base plate. This leveling base is designed to be used with all Leofoto tripods. Thanks to its large carrying capacity of no less than 15 kilos, this is an ideal accessory for the professional photographer who wants to work precisely horizontally.

A leveling base is used when you are looking for a perfect horizontal base for, for example, a gimbal head, a panorama head, a fluid head, macro rails and even ball heads. The spherical construction allows you to quickly and easily achieve a perfectly horizontal platform without having to adjust the tripod head itself.You screw the leveling base onto your tripod or tripod plate and unlock the leveling base with the grey butterfly screw. You first adjust the head horizontally, then tighten the butterfly screw and you are ready for action. To secure the tripod head firmly to the leveling base, Leofoto has fitted three Allen screws that can be tightened as required.

The LB-60N leveling base is lightweight and made of aluminium. Both the base shell and the semi-spherical tripod plate are CNC-milled from single pieces of light metal for maximum stability. The overall weight of the LB-60N is 206 grams and its height is 53mm. Thanks to the 60mm wide base plate and top plate, you have maximum support for all possible types of tripod heads and macro rails. The load capacity of the LB-60N is a whopping 15 kilos so you can tackle almost any job with this professional leveling base.
