Insta360 Ultra Wide Lens for Ace Pro 2
The Insta360 Ultra Wide Lens is specifically developed to take the optical performance of your Ace Pro 2 to the next level. By expanding the field of view to 157°, you create a unique perspective that places the viewer right in the middle of the action. This makes the lens extremely suitable for sports such as mountain biking, skiing, or motorcycling, where you want to capture both your handlebars and the horizon in sharp detail. The optical construction ensures that distortion is kept to a minimum while maintaining sharpness across the entire image.
In addition to the impressive angle of view, this lens also provides extra protection for your camera's built-in optics. The lens is crafted from high-quality glass with a scratch-resistant coating, making it resistant to the harsh conditions encountered during your adventures. Whether you're cycling through mud or filming in dusty environments, you can rely on the durability of this lens. The design fits seamlessly onto the Ace Pro 2 housing, maintaining the aerodynamics and compact form factor of your setup.
Installing the Ultra Wide Lens is very simple and requires no tools. You effortlessly twist the lens onto the existing lens mount of the Ace Pro 2, after which it is securely locked. This system ensures that you never have to worry about the lens coming loose during filming, even during heavy vibrations or shocks. Once the lens is attached, the camera recognizes the new optical configuration, so image stabilization and other software functions are optimally adjusted to the wider field of view.
Thanks to advanced coatings on the glass, reflections and lens flares are effectively suppressed, even when filming directly against sunlight. This results in images with high contrast and true-to-life colors. For content creators striving for cinematic footage, this lens offers the ability to add more context to the story without sacrificing image quality. Whether you are a professional vlogger or an enthusiastic hobbyist, this lens is an essential accessory for your Insta360 Ace Pro 2.
