Glyph Blackbox PRO RAID 8TB, Enterprise Class, Thunderbolt 3

The Glyph Blackbox PRO RAID 8TB, Enterprise Class, Thunderbolt 3, is a powerful, highly reliable hardware RAID powered by Thunderbolt 3 (40GB). Available with an optional card reader/hub combo to streamline media input or charge/connect peripherals. Whether in the studio or at home, Glyph Blackbox PRO RAID is the ultimate workflow solution.

Dual Thunderbolt 3 ports (40GB) allow you to connect up to 5 additional devices to your computer via a single cable.

Up to 40 TB of fast 7200 RPM, Enterprise Class hard drives, with speeds of up to 550 MB/s. Blackbox PRO RAID is built for demanding workflows and mission-critical projects.

Blackbox PRO RAID supports hardware RAID 0, 1, JBOD and SPAN. This gives you the flexibility to set it up for maximum speed (RAID-0) or redundancy (RAID-1). Set it and forget it, without having to deal with fussy and slow software-based RAID. Connect a 4K monitor directly to the Blackbox PRO RAID Thunderbolt 3 and streamline your desktop setup.

Formatted for macOS computers, the Blackbox PRO RAID is compatible with Time Machine right out of the box. Easy reformatting for Windows. Don't be afraid to put the Blackbox PRO RAID to work. The robust aluminium casing acts as a heat sink and keeps the internal hard drive at the optimum temperature to deliver higher, sustained speeds.
