The Filmsticks Gripsticks Medium Clapperboard Kit is designed for filmmakers who value reliability, organization and efficiency on set. The acrylic board withstands the most demanding production environments and has a glare-free surface for clear, smudge-free markings. The clear layout leaves room for scene, take, roll, director and date, so you keep track of shots efficiently. The Gripsticks clapper sticks are made of laminated resin and use 1.5mm Allen screws with nylon tips for a firm, snug attachment of the acrylic board. Thanks to the hand-operated rotating mechanism, you mount and remove the board within seconds. The coloured bars on the Gripsticks serve as a colour reference for accurate calibration in post-production.
The included GripCase protects the clapperboard against scuffs, scratches and wear during use on set. The multifunctional mounting system with a soft velcro side lets you attach Wet Weather Tags, filter tags and other production accessories to both the front and back. The reinforced edges provide a firm, flat surface for placing wet weather tags, and thanks to the dual D-rings, you easily attach a shoulder strap or carabiner for carrying comfort.
