DJI Care Refresh 2 Year Plan RSC 2
The DJI Care Refresh lets you insure your DJI RSC 2 against damage. With the DJI Care Refresh, you'll pay less than if you had the gimbal repaired yourself. This insurance covers damage caused by improper use, water damage, signal interference damage, or any other type of damage. You can replace parts twice per year. In addition, the DJI Care Refresh provides expert advice on your products whenever you need it, and products are shipped with free delivery. You can also choose the EXPRESS option, so your product is repaired more quickly and you can get back to work sooner. This insurance is available in four regions: Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America.
How do I activate the DJI Care Refresh
1. Go to the activation page: [support.dji.com/care/active](https://support.dji.com/care/active)
2. Enter the following details:
- Serial number of the gimbal
- The activation code of the DJI Care Refresh
- Personal information
3. The DJI Care Refresh agreement will be sent to your email address
What are the terms and conditions
The DJI Care Refresh sets out a number of conditions for the insurance:
- The gimbal must be new and not yet activated
- The Care Refresh must be activated within 48 hours of activating the gimbal
- The gimbal can only be repaired in the region where it was purchased
- The Care Refresh is not valid on OUTLET gimbals
- The Care Refresh is valid for 2 years (24 months)
Which parts are replaced
The following parts of the DJI Ronin-SC are replaced under the DJI Care Refresh:
- Gimbal
- Grip (including battery)
How does the repair process work
The process follows these five steps:
1. A problem occurs with the gimbal. You can contact DJI via: [www.dji.com/support](https://www.dji.com/support) for instructions on sending in the damaged gimbal
2. You submit a repair request online via: [www.dji.com/service/repair](https://www.dji.com/service/repair)
3. The request is sent to the DJI Repair Centre
4. You pay the replacement costs
5. The repaired gimbal is sent to you with free delivery
Important notes on the repair process
- Please note: you must submit the gimbal that is to be repaired. If the gimbal is lost, DJI will not provide any compensation
- You must contact DJI directly. This can also be arranged through us, but this will result in logistical delays
