DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for Mini 5 Pro

With the DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for Mini 5 Pro, you are protected against unexpected situations. This service plan offers a total of two replacements within one year, including one Flyaway replacement. Whether it's collision damage, water damage or a lost drone, you'll always receive a new or equivalent unit with the same performance and reliability.

You also benefit from fast service: on average, you will receive a replacement device within three days. DJI also covers all shipping costs, and with DJI Care Express, you will receive your replacement even faster. During the term of the plan, the official warranty remains in force and you get access to exclusive technical support via chat and telephone.

Please note the terms and conditions:

  • DJI Care Refresh (1 Year) can only be activated for drones that have not been activated before or that have been activated within the last 48 hours
  • DJI Care Refresh and the drone must have been purchased in the same country or region; the service is only valid in that area
  • Each replacement is subject to a small additional replacement fee
