The Canon RF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM is a professional macro lens with 1.4x close-up magnification for stunning macro shots and exceptional portraits. Thanks to the groundbreaking Spherical Aberration (SA) Control, you decide the look and feel of the bokeh yourself. A soft focus effect can also be applied to the subject itself.

The lens is perfectly suited for handheld macro photography. The hybrid Image Stabiliser compensates up to 5 stops, or even 8 stops in combination with a camera with in-body image stabilisation. With 1.4x magnification, you get closer than ever before. With a 9-blade iris and a maximum aperture of f/2.8, you have plenty of creative options at your disposal for beautiful shots even in low light. Dual Nano USM motors ensure fast and silent autofocus for both photography and video. The lens design also suppresses focus breathing.

The lens features a weather-resistant seal and a fluorine coating on the front lens element to keep out water and dust.
