The Bresser Researcher LCD microscope is a digital microscope for demanding users. A digital microscope easily brings the microcosm onto the screen. For a long time, such complete microscopes could only be found in the entry-level sector. With the Researcher LCD, the successful Researcher series now takes a step into the digital world and opens up new possibilities at school, study and work. The optical and mechanical equipment corresponds to the proven Researcher Bino/Trino models.

With 4 DIN objectives, Abbe condenser, coaxial fine focus and cross stage, the microscope is so well equipped that it leaves nothing to be desired in hobby, school and profession. The highest magnification with the 60x objective (equivalent to approximately 600x in an optical microscope) also allows viewing of small microorganisms such as microalgae, flagellates and bacteria. Other objective magnifications (e.g. 20x, 100x oil) can be retrofitted, the Researcher LCD is also compatible with our plan achromatic objectives for tube length 160 mm.

The integrated, modern Sony camera sensor IMX206 with 16MP brings the image from the microscope to the monitor with brilliant colours and good contrast. Operation is carried out via a touchscreen. Photos with a resolution of 16MP and Full HD videos can be saved directly to SD card. There is also an HDMI connection with which the live image can be transmitted directly in full HD quality to a monitor, TV, projector or smart board. The result can, for example, be presented to a large audience during a lecture or in education.
