Kamera Express rated with an excellent 9 at the Shopping Awards!
6 April 2023
The Thuiswinkel Shopping Awards are the awards for the best online shops in the Netherlands. Kamera Express won a Silver Shopping Award last month and the report scores for the award winners are now also known. Results show that customers rate Kamera Express an average of 9.15.
Nearly 2,000 people cast their vote for Kamera Express. On average, these customers rate Kamera Express 9.15! Ben Cornelisse, CEO of Kamera Express, calls this a fantastic compliment. “This rating is the icing on our cake.”
In addition to a score, customer satisfaction at the Shopping Awards was also measured using a Net Promoter Score (NPS). Kamera Express scores 96.94 out of 100 on this. Cornelisse: “This is exceptionally high. We at Kamera Express are enormously grateful that our customers are so satisfied with our service. This is what we do it for.”
A selection of customer reviews
In addition to a score, voters could also leave an explanation with their vote. Here is a selection of responses:
- “Kamera Express has highly knowledgeable staff, spacious stores and employees who take time for every customer. You are very well guided in the buying and selling of your gear.”
- “At Kamera Express, they really think along with you. Employees are very helpful and willing to think along with you. You can really see that they pay attention to their customers.”
- “For me, Kamera Express is the go-to shop for all my gear. They have a wide range both online and offline, and skilled and friendly staff who go the extra mile for the customer.”
- “Kamera Express is a great store where employees always have patience for the customer, both in the store and through customer service when you have questions.”
- “I bought a camera with lenses and other materials at Kamera Express. Every time I was treated like a king, I could ask whatever I wanted and always got an answer to my questions. This is a store where you want to buy.”
Another part of the report is the assessment by industry experts. A group of about 500 experts assesses all participants in the Shopping Awards. Of course, Kamera Express was also scrutinised. Cornelisse: “We see this well-founded assessment as a great opportunity to make our website even better. Last year we started renewing our website. Thanks to the insights of the industry experts, we can soon offer our customers an even better customer experience.”
