Optimal speed and ease

A camera holster combines the simplicity and ease of use of a camera case with the functionality of a sling bag. Its functional design featuring a flap at the top means a DSLR or mirrorless camera can be quickly retrieved from the bag to capture your shot. The holster design facilitates retrieval from the bag in one simple movement. These bags are available with either a shoulder or neck strap, depending on the circumstances of use. In addition, its minimal, lightweight size make this bag easy to carry around the neck. This all means you're all set up and ready to go when shooting with longer zoom lenses or fixed focal points, without having to grab the body with lens out of your backpack or shoulder bag , or worse still, assemble it first. Accessories are neatly stored away in the bag's side compartments.

Protective and robust

Besides being the ideal size for your DSLR or mirrorless camera, a camera holster also protects your equipment against drops, knocks and water. You see, there is little leeway in the bag and the sturdy yet flexible material cushions impacts and holds the camera securely in place. Bag specialists such as Lowepro and Think Thank offer a range of holster designs for snug camera fits. Finally, the traditional materials used by Olympus and Leica lend their models a lovely retro look&feel.
