FAQ

Digitising your material takes on average 3 to 5 weeks.

It is also possible to request a priority or express service:

  • Priority service: your images are digitised within 10 working days. Costs: €0.04 per slide, negative or photo, and €7.00 per videotape.
  • Express service: your images are digitised within 5 working days. Costs: €0.07 per slide, negative or photo, and €13.00 per videotape.

Yes, you will receive all your original materials back neatly after we have digitised your media.

You will receive your images in high quality, by default on a USB stick, external hard drive, or via a download link.

Do you have other preferences? You can specify them when submitting your request.

The price depends on the type and quantity of media.

After completing the form, you will receive a non-binding quotation. Please refer to the price list above for the costs of the all-in packages.

Pack your materials together with the signed order form in a sturdy cardboard box. Also clearly write your order number on the outside of the box so your order can be processed as quickly as possible.
